Support 3 Teenagers! Help a School in Ghana!
Dear Friends,
My 17-year-old son Oli and two of his friends will be cycling the length of Britain - a total of 1600 km in just 10 days - to raise money to provide fresh drinking water for a primary school in Ghana. They will set off from Lands End on 17 July, hopefully with the wind behind them! Their target is €5000. A charity ball at the British School and generous donations from the staff and families have already raised 42% of the total, but they would really appreciate your help to raise the remainder during the next two weeks. The money is being collected through The Best of Both working with Self Help Africa via the website http://www.justgiving.com/lejogbestofboth. "The German Party thrown by a 12-woman team from the BCS was a great Erfolg. Yodelling, folk songs, yours truly singing Heidenroslein, a quiz on Germany, a raffle, great food & drink and a gracious venue - an "hotel de maitre". Organization: 10/10!"
